Hi, my name is Kinley Westbrook and I attend the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and I am 21 years old. Also, I study psychology which I am very passionate about. I have always loved learning about education and how it will help students. Also, the city of Boston seemed like a very interesting topic to talk about because there education is a very important factor at schools. Boston is a very known city so that is another reason we wanted to choose Boston. Education is very important to have in today’s world for students because it can impact so many resources.
Hi, my name is Soraia Hazard, and I am 21 years old. I am a senior at UMass D and am studying Psychology. We chose to study the education system in Boston due to it being an urban city that has schools that implement sustainability practices in the school system. Being the oldest of seven, education has always been huge for me and my family so exploring the education system in Boston is very interesting to me. Growing up in Pawtucket we have some sustainability practices in schools like gardens that are taken care of by the students and the community during the summer.
